Safety Features

In compliance with the required safety standards, we install safety glass where building regulations legislate i.e. critical locations (indicated by the shaded areas in the diagram)
In many instances, we use safety glazing in other areas that are not wholly legislated

Fire escape to all habitable rooms above ground floor level is mandatory. To make life easier, we have upgraded our fire hinges to allow the windows to slide along the outer frame for easy cleaning.
