We guarantee your replacement windows, doors or home insulation improvements for a minimum of 10 years but we expect them to last much longer in practice with normal, sensible care where appropriate for the product.

Our dedicated, experienced service engineer will visit you to resolve your problem – without charge naturally if your work is still covered by our 10 year guarantee and at a pleasingly modest cost even if not.
